Start the New Year well – try something different

3 January 2018

As we celebrate a new year, many of us will resolve to improve our health or happiness. For many this may involve considering new spectacles or even a switch to contact lenses and BBR has some exciting new options to consider.

BBR practice manager Daniel Read, said: “At New Year, people take the time to step back and examine aspects of their life, health and well-being. Some want to re-energise their health and some their appearance. BBR offers a fantastic selection of designer spectacles, including bespoke frames by British designer Tom Davies.

“The Tom Davies range is great for people who know what they want but have difficulty finding it. Once the design is chosen we take facial measurements, tweak the frame size, colour and send the details to the team so that they fit perfectly.

“All of our staff are highly trained in helping people select the correct frames to suit the shape of their face and our new-look practice now stocks hundreds of different styles to ensure every taste is well catered for.

“Some of our clients take the leap and change their spectacles to contact lenses and with many New Year resolutions involving trying something new, why not look for a total change and consider switching? There are many different types of contact lenses and the choice can seem daunting but we are here to help and advise you.

“We are also able to offer Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) where patients wear customised contact lenses while they sleep and can then enjoy perfect natural vision all day without the need for prescription spectacles, contact lenses or laser eye surgery,” he added.

So if you are looking for a new you, why not make an appointment to see us or drop in at our St. Owen Street practice where you will be made very welcome.
