Last week, BBR’s very own Chairman, Nick Rumney, succeeded Dr Eduardo Teixeira as President of the European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) at the annual conference held in Rome. Nick has been a Board member and Vice President since being elected in 2017.

BBR Optometry to take on the Paint Runner in aid of St Michael’s Hospice

2019 is a special year, as BBR Optometry mark 50 years of delivering award-winning eye care to patients. To mark this special occasion, BBR will be taking part in various fundraising events throughout the year. Next up is the Paint Runner and Foam Zone, where 10 employees will run 3 miles, all with the intention of getting coloured silly,in aid of St. Michael’s Hospice.
